Who you contract with

Two companies are involved and they do different things. Imperium Adventures sizes the system, installs it, and is who you call afterwards. Solrite owns the battery hardware and leases it to you; the lease, its monthly payment, its term and its end-of-term options are an agreement between you and Solrite, on Solrite’s paper. We put those terms in front of you before you sign anything, and we will not paraphrase them into something they do not say.

Booking a call

Booking a call is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is an appointment, not a contract for work. We may need to reschedule — if that happens we call you, we do not simply fail to ring.

We ask for your most recent power bill before a time is held. If the bill shows your address is served by an electric cooperative, a municipal utility, or a utility outside Texas retail choice, we will say so and, where the offer does not fit, we will not proceed with it.

Quotes, savings and prices

Nothing on this site is a quote. Figures and ranges published here — load draws, runtimes, comparisons — are illustrative and vary by house, equipment and conditions. The day-curve illustration on our home page is a shape, not your data. We deliberately publish no percentage savings figure, because any honest one depends on your usage, your retail plan, and what that plan pays for exports.

Our bill calculator is the one place we put numbers to it, and only from figures you type in yourself. It is an estimate, not a quote and not a promise: it runs on stated assumptions about the rate you pay for grid energy, the Solrite monthly amount, and how much a battery covers in a day. Your own rates, plan and usage will differ, assumptions change, and the power bill and the Solrite invoice are separate bills from separate companies. Before anyone writes you a figure, a person reads your actual statement.

The only binding numbers are the ones in the Solrite lease agreement and in a written install scope, which lists the equipment, what it backs, the price, and what is excluded.

The work itself

Electrical work is performed by appropriately licensed contractors, permitted and inspected as required by the authority having jurisdiction. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer on the manufacturer’s terms; we will hand you those terms in writing before you sign anything, and we will not paraphrase them into something they do not say.

A battery is backup, not a guarantee. Runtime depends on what you actually run, the state of your equipment, and conditions on the day. We will not promise you an uninterrupted house.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with this site or the systems behind it. We rate-limit submissions and may block traffic that abuses them.

The content, branding and design of this site belong to Imperium Adventures LLC. Product names and marks referenced belong to their respective owners; referencing a product does not imply that its owner endorses us.

Accuracy of service-area information

Our service-area pages describe which Texas electricity market a ZIP code is mostly in. Utility territory follows poles and wires, not postal boundaries, and two addresses on the same street can differ. Treat those pages as guidance, not a determination. Your bill is the authority.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, this website is provided as-is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here displaces the terms of a signed work agreement between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
