What we collect, and what we refuse to do with it.

The short version

We collect what we need to show up at your house with the right information, and nothing else. We do not sell your details. We do not share your power bill with anyone outside this company. If you ask us to delete everything, we do.

What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email, phone number and service address, because we cannot come out without them.
• Your power bill — the file you upload, so a person here can confirm which Texas electricity market your address sits in before we hold a time for you.
• Your answers — bill sender, outage frequency, rough monthly spend, property type, and any notes you write. These shape what we bring to the visit.
• Basic analytics — page views, where in the booking flow people stop, and the campaign parameters (UTMs) in the link you arrived on. We use a first-party cookie for an anonymous session id and a first-party cookie for first-touch attribution.

Your bill, specifically

Bill files are stored in private object storage and are reachable only through an authenticated staff route. They are not published, not indexed, and not attached to email — not even our own internal notifications. Account numbers, meter numbers and ESI IDs are never written to our application logs.

If you would rather not upload a bill at all, call (346) 819-3817 and we will confirm your market on the phone instead.

Who sees it

Our own staff, and the service providers that make the site run: our hosting provider, our database and file-storage providers, and our email provider for the confirmation you receive. Booking a call writes the appointment to our company calendar.

Solrite. The battery itself is owned and leased by Solrite. If you decide to go ahead, your details go to Solrite so they can prepare the lease agreement — because they are the party you would be contracting with. That only happens once you have said yes. We do not send your information to Solrite, or to any lender, just because you booked a call.

We do not sell your information, and we do not trade lead lists.

Advertising

When advertising is running, this site may load Meta’s pixel to measure whether an ad led to a booking. It is loaded only when configured, it is disclosed here, and it sees page views and conversion events — never your bill or your answers. Your browser’s ad-tracking controls and “Do Not Track” style settings apply as normal.

How long we keep things

• Bill files — until the call has happened and the job is closed, then deleted on request or at routine cleanup.
• Lead and booking records — kept while there is an active or recent relationship, and for as long as we need them for tax and warranty purposes.
• Analytics events — aggregate counts, retained to understand the funnel.

Your choices

Calls and texts

Giving us your number means we may call or text you about your appointment and your enquiry. Reply STOP to a text and we stop texting. Standard message rates apply from your carrier.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top and, where it affects people we already hold records for, tell them.
